Proverbs 29:18 (KJV) - Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Proverbs 29:18 (NLT) - When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild. But whoever obeys the law is joyful.

A quote reads - 'Eyes that look are common, but eyes that see are rare'. Vision therefore can be defined for our purpose as the eyes of one's destiny - vision gives direction to destiny. It is the ability to see things before they come to physical manifestation.
